Aside from Oleg, a representative from the Sumy region, which is located north of Kharkiv, also spoke out on Monday. Around 70 Ukrainian soldiers were said to have died in the attack. The head of the Sumy region, Dmytro Zhyvytsky, used Telegram to say that burial sites for about 70 dead soldiers are being prepared in the cemetery.
