Sajal Aly’s latest move, removing her husband’s surname from her Instagram handle with 8.1 million followers, has fueled speculation about her divorce from husband-actor Ahad Raza Mir.
After marrying fellow actor Ahad Raza Mir in 2020, the celeb changed her name to ‘Sajal Ahad Mir’ on social media.
In a recent turn of events, Sajal has reverted to her previous Instagram handle, spelled differently, but without the ‘Ahad Mir’. On social media, the actor is now referred to as ‘Sajal Ali.’
It’s worth noting that the two continue to be Instagram friends.
When Ahad was absent from the promotional events and premiere of the film ‘Khel Khel Mein,’ which stars Sajal and Bilal Abbas, the couple sparked divorce rumours.
The rumours were fueled even more when the Mir family, including Ahad, was absent from Sajal’s younger sister Saboor Aly’s wedding earlier this year.
