The good works of an ashram-based Indian cleric feed criminal and unholy activities like rape, murder, drugs, vote-bank politics, and forced vasectomy. To bring him to justice, the law and a few crusaders investigate.
Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol) is a preacher whose followers (mostly from the underprivileged sections of society) have complete faith in him and will do anything he asks. However, in reality, Baba Nirala is a deceitful religious leader who ensures that his devotees devote their wealth to him and remain permanently attached to the ashram, while politician Hukum Singh (Sachin Shroff) and current Chief Minister Sunder Lal (Anil Rastogi) compete for it.
His popularity grows after a pop singer, Tinka Singh (Adhyayan Suman), agrees to tour with Baba Nirala to promote his new song in the upcoming state legislative assembly elections.
