Since the latter’s absence from the prior’s sister, Saboor Aly’s wedding, one of Pakistan’s most admired couples, Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza Mir, have been fueling separation rumours.
Sajal Ali, the star of Sinf-e-Ahan, recently changed her Instagram name from ‘Sajal Ahad Mir’ to ‘Sajal Ali.’ Following her marriage to actor Ahad Raza Mir in 2020, she adopted the surname ‘Ahad Mir,’ which she proudly displayed on Instagram.
Journalist Aamna Isani confirmed the divorce between the two actors in an online show with journalist Hassan Chaudhry, citing multiple sources.
“It is difficult to say anything in this regard at the moment because divorce is a painful experience for both parties,” she added. The reasons for the separation, Aamna added, cannot be discussed because no one has confirmed the separation.
Sajal had previously revealed in an interview with a local publication that Ahad rushed to get engaged to her because he didn’t want to lose her to someone else. “I am thankful to have him [Ahad] in my life,” she said, dismissing further speculation. Ahad has mentioned me numerous times in previous interviews, but I’m only now doing so. I’m afraid if someone asks about Ahad, I’ll end up talking for hours!”
On the sets of Aangan, Sajal revealed how the Ehd e Wafa actor asked for her hand in marriage.
In an intimate Nikkah ceremony in Abu Dhabi on March 14, 2020, the popular couple married. As the ceremony came to a close, fans couldn’t stop themselves from gush over their photos.
