Farah Khan’s husband served as district council chairman from 1997 to 1999, according to a NAB spokesperson, and the graft-busting agency reserves the right to investigate former public officials or their family members.

According to the National Accountability Bureau, Farah Khan’s account had a huge turnover of Rs847 million over the last three years, which did not match her stated account profile. These credits were deposited into her personal account and withdrawn within a short period of time after crediting.

According to the spokesperson, the NAB is an independent body, and the investigation into Farah Khan is conducted in accordance with the law and the constitution.

“My spouse is a housewife, they found nothing against her, so they booked her friend in case,” former Prime Minister Imran Khan said earlier when asked about the corruption allegations against Farah Khan, the PTI Chairman.

“The real estate business has generated a lot of money over the last three years,” Imran Khan claimed. Farah Khan has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.”

Farah is innocent, according to the PTI chairman, who claims that these cases are being brought against him.

“Can a case be made against Farah Khan?” I ask the NAB. Imran Khan interrogated the situation.
